This technology provides unprecedented small size, high speed, low pulse width distortion, high common mode transient immunity, high isolation voltages, excellent magnetic immunity, best-in-class EMC, and unlimited life with no degradation.

There are over 100 models available. Product lines include the industry-standard IL700 / IL200-Series, IL76xx / IL78xx data couplers with integrated DC-to-DC convertors, the IL4- / IL3-Series single-chip isolated RS-485/RS-422/PROFIBUS/CAN transceivers, the cost-effective IL500-Series, IL600-Series Passive-Input Isolators, V-Series 7 kV Isolators, IL800-Series top-of-the-line Isolators, and IL46xx / IL48xx RS-485/RS-422 isolators with integrated DC-to-DC convertors.

NVE Isolators are available in MSOP, QSOP, SOIC, PDIP, 0.15" SOIC-16, and 0.3" SOIC-16 packages. The MSOP isolators and QSOP transceivers are the world’smallest devices of their type. NVE isolators have up to 5 channels per device, up to 150 Mbps, and up to 125 °C.

Popular applications include RS-485, PROFIBUS, serial interfaces, isolated Controller Area Network (CAN Bus), isolated Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), isolated A/D converters, isolated PLCs, isolated audio, and isolated power interfaces.
